Buick Envision which is exclusively manufactured in China by the SAIC-GM joint venture is a compact crossover SUV. In 2014, the first generation Buick Envision was manufactured and supplied both the China market and the North American market.
We have introduced two 1/43 scale first generation Buick Envision diecast models in previous post, Two 1/43 Scale Buick Envision Diecast Models for Collection, and it is pity that no 1/18 scale 1st generation Buick Envision diecast was manufactured unitl now, so collectors can not enrich the Buick collection.
In 2020, the second generation Buick Envision was launched in China, and it is also called Buick Envision S because it is sold alongside the first-generation Bucik Envision. In addition to Buick Envision S, the Buick Envision Plus with long wheelbase was launched during the 2021 for people who have more interior car space requirement.
Both Buick Envision S GS diecast model and Buick Envision Plus diecast model are released in recent days, both of them are 1/18 scale model with lots of working parts such as four car doors, bonnet and trunk, car sunroof, rearview mirrors, front seats and fuel tank cap.
