As RC fans, it is very important to install RC car engine correctly so that the power from engine can be fully transferred to RC cars.

How to install RC car engine correctly, you can follow the steps.

Firstly, read the instruction book and install engine’s clutch and gear parts severally.

Secondly, connecting engine with the original engine mount, the heat elimination function of original engine mount may be not better than option. You can buy original engine mount or option online, check whether is it suitable for your cars when buying.

Thirdly, checking whether the bottom of the engine is pressed the engine surface so that hull of engine can be avoided being wrenched. It is an important step.

Fourthly, adjust the location and space of clutch proper gear and driven gear appropriately.

Fifthly, connect the pipeline and pressure tube. You have to check the location of carburetor is accorded with connecting rod’s location or not. If not, unpack connecting rod and adjust valve or remove carburettor on engine.

Finally, adjust transmitter’s accelerator to make it open fully. Throttle on engine should also be open.
