The Manufacturing Methods Of White Lotus Diced Chicken

As we all know white lotus is very good for our body and is very popular in daily life as well as people love to use it to make food, such as porridge, boil vegetables and so on. Today I would like to tell you about the following manufacturing methods of white lotus diced chicken as much as i can.

First of all, well prepare chicken breast 250g, oil 50g, 2 eggs, appropriate white lotus, carrot, kidney bean, white granulated sugar, cooking wine, salt, aginomoto, onion, ginger and a little amount of starch.

Secondly, use hot water to quick-boil white lotus till cooked and cut chicken breast into diced chicken as well as cut onion and ginger into slices, then put diced chicken in a bowl and add salt, cooking wine, aginomoto, egg white, starch to this bowl as well as evenly stir this mixture into paste, next put onion and ginger slices into another bowl and add cooking wine salt, aginomoto, starch and water to this bowl as well as mix them into sauce for preparation.

Thirdly, turn on the fire and pour proper oil into a pot as well as heat it till hot, then put diced chicken into this pot and stir-fry them until eight points cooked. After that, put small carrot chunks, small pieces of kidney beans, white lotus into this pot and averagely stir-fry them till diced chicken chunks are cooked, next quickly pour sauce in a bowl into this pot and stir-fry this dish till fully cooked.
