First of all, well prepare white radish 300g, indica rice flour 200g, shiitake mushroom, dried shrimp and so on. Wash shiitake mushroom till clean and use clear water to soak till soft, wash dried shrimp till clean and use warm water to soak for 30 minutes, wash white radish till clean and cut it into strips, and cut other making ingredients into diced for preparation.
