If we are going to buy a bed, the proper height should be 44 cm. Many young people like short bed, such as Tatami, because they think such bed is simple and convenient. Some other people want a high bed, so as to put more things under the bed. However, if the bed is too high or too short, our legs can not be naturally put on the ground.
The proper height of pillow for adults should be 15 cm, and shorter for baby and the old. The height of pillow influences the quality of people’s sleeping. If the pillow is too high, we can not relax totally when we are sleeping. Thus we can not sleep well. And as time goes by, such pillow will be bad for the growth of baby and the health of the old.
