How to Prevent Cold In Spring

Spring is the season that cold becomes epidemic, therefore how to prevent cold becomes a hot topic, here is my standpoint.

Put cloth on in the morning and the night
People who have weak constitutions and bad resistance such as the elderly and children should bring a jacket when going out in the morning. By the way, the coats should have the function such as comfortable, keep warm and health protection.

Keep the air circulating and close windows at night
You’d better open the windows in the morning, noon and evening, in all three times, for 15 minutes to let the air circulated. By this way, it not only can maintain the air fresh indoor, but also inhibit the breeding of germs. However, you should close windows at night before going to bed because cold air can easily cause diseases such as asthma attacks.

Work and take rest regularly
Many people sleep late in the night, which is likely to cause decrease at resistance. Therefore keep regular routine and rhythm of life. Go to bed early to extend the sleep time appropriately. In addition, drink a plenty of water.

Taking exercise moderately
In spring, many people begin to take exercise, which is a good way. In my viewpoint, mountain climbing, hiking and walking are better exercises which can increase the body immunity.
