Only with the right saw blade installation, saw blade using safety can be guaranteed during the working process. Follow these steps to ensure correct installation.

Firstly, the rotation direction of saw blade should be the same as the machine principal axis’s direction. If such direction is opposite, it is likely to lead to saw blade dropping, flying saw blade pieces and other dangerous accident.

Secondly, how to choose ring flange? In general, its inner diameter should be the same as saw blade while its external diameter should be about that of 1/3 saw blade. Meanwhile, please ensure such ring flange is not worn down unusually and curved. On its surface, it should be clean without any items even pieces.

Thirdly, ensure that there is no huge interval between saw blade inner diameter and machine diameter of axle, then install ring flange and tighten screw nut.

Fourthly, before working, no people is allowed in the front of saw blade, and when turning on the power to check whether there is shake on machine.

Fifth, the saw blade should be higher than panel, about five or six height of saw teeth.

Finally, if you want to correct inner diameter or process location hole, it is better to ask for the saw blade manufacturers to finish it.
