Firstly, saw blade idling is very important, especially for the new matrix used for the first time. As usual, the idling should last about 30 minutes and by such way the tool bit welding on matrix would be removed so that saw blade’s cutting performance would be improved even under the high speed rotating condition. By the way, in the hot summer, enough water is necessary when taking such idling.

Secondly, after the idling test, saw blade can be used to cut, the right way is that before touching with cutting material, saw blade should be turned on, otherwise its working life would be shortened. During the cutting process, please not to turn off saw blade, especially it is still in the cutting materials.

Thirdly, pay attention on cutting condition and if you notice cutting material is not stable, you should stop cutting in time and fix it tightly before cutting again. During whole cutting process, raw materials should not be moved at random.
