The meaning of cutting efficiency is the product of cutting depth and cutting feed speed, and in the unit time, the sectional area of cutting raw material.

Based on too many practices, it shows that as for cutting the same raw material, if both cutting depth and cutting feed speed are improved at the same time, the cutting efficiency would be increased correspondingly, however, diamond saw blade’s abrasion would be aggravated badly, in other words, diamond saw blade’s working life would be shortened greatly. At the same time, with higher cutting efficiency, cutting cost would be increased heavily.

Generally speaking, when cutting some soft raw material or strong abrasive materials, it is better to take the one time cutting, saw blade with medium size diameter is always used for panel cutting, almost of which is also one time cutting.
