For example, if the cutting material is quenched steel, heat resistant steel and stainless steel, you’d better choose the YG series cemented carbide saw blade. Let me explain the reason, as is known to all, when cutting such types of steel products, the cutting force is too strong and meanwhile cutting temperature is too high, and the touching length between cutting tool and front tool face is so short, under such cutting condition, if you use YT series cemented carbide saw blade for cutting, it is easy to lead to cutting edge collapse. Therefore it is better to choose YG series with good performance of toughness and higher heat conductivity coefficient. However, during cutting process, please pay attention on cutting speed and it is suggested to use low cutting speed because the red hardness of YG series is not better than that of YT series cemented carbide saw blade.
