As you know, TCT circular saw blade is widely used for cutting wooden materials, panel, solid wooden, plastic and even metal such as aluminum, however, do you know how to use saw blade with right ways and how to maintain it with right ways? Firstly, it is important to avoid any damage on the tool bit of TCT circular saw blade. You know, the cutting edge of TCT saw blade’s tool bit is too much sharp and sensitive, and its cutting performance would be affected if there is anything flaws on tool bit, therefore no matter installing saw blade, or moving saw blade or even removing it, you should be more careful.

Secondly, it is recommend to check the diameter runout and maximum deflection of machine principal axis at fixed periods. As usual, the deviation of diameter runout should be more or less about 0.02mm while the deviation of maximum deflection should be more or less about 0.01 mm.

Thirdly, before installing saw blade, you should at first clean all the impurities on saw blade itself, and the machine principal axis and ring flange. Meanwhile, the surface of ring flange should be smooth and flat and it should be vertical with the principal axis. When installing saw blade, the screw nut on ring flange should be loosen properly, if it is too much loosen, during cutting process, saw blade will slip while if it is too much tight, saw blade is easy to be out of shape and as a result, the final cutting effect would be poor.

Fourthly, pay attention on the size of ring flange.
As usual, it is recommended to use large size ring flange because by this way the saw blade would work smoothly and the size of ring flanges on machine would be the same. In order to get good cutting effect, the size of ring flange would be about 1/3 about saw blade diameter, meanwhile, if it is the super thin saw blade, the size of ring flange would be about 1/2 about saw blade diameter.

Finally, how to use saw blade for cutting with right way?
In order to avoid some security incidents during cutting process, the workers should wear all the protective devices such as eyes protector, safety helmet, protective gloves and respirator used for avoiding cutting dust. Then worker should take saw blade for idling about 30 seconds.
