As is known to all, in order to get good cutting effect, it is better to choose different TCT circular saw blades to cut different raw materials such as solid wood, plywood, panel, melamine and so on. However, when being asked about which saw blade would be suitable for cutting some materials which have good performance of toughness such as steel products, the answer would be TCT circular saw blade which contains both tungsten and titanium.

When cutting materials with good toughness, the cutting crumbs would be with band shape, at the same time, cutting strength would be more stable than other materials cutting, however, one problem is that the cutting temperature is too much higher because of strong force of friction between cutting tool and front tool face. Based on such feature, when choosing cutting tool, it would have better abrasive resistance, bonding resistance and resistance to oxidation, what’s more, its hardness can still be kept even under high temperature cutting environment.

However, there are two special cases you have to pay attention.

Firstly, when cutting steel products with low cutting speed, please not to use such TCT saw blade because it is easy to collapse with low temperature.

Secondly, not to use it to cut stainless steel which contains Ti element.
