New research results show that adults don’t like to eat breakfast mainly because that they didn’t form the habit of eating breakfast when they were kids. Scientists analyzed that three reasons might result in such situation. Firstly, these people are more likely to eat snacks and lack of exercise. The absorption of dietary fiber, vitamin and mineral composition from food is less. Secondly, the way of storing fat in body will be changed if not eat breakfast for a long time. Thirdly, people who do not eat breakfast are not likely to eat on time, which is also a bad habit.
