Firstly, some nonferrous metals materials
When cutting some nonferrous metals such as copper, zinc, aluminum and their alloy materials, they are easy to be adhered to the cutting tool so that as usual it is more difficult to cut them with ordinary tools. As for the diamond saw blade, it would be perfect choice because diamond has low friction coefficient so that nonferrous metals are not easy to be adhered to it. Secondly, some nonmetal materials
Some nonmetal materials such as plastic which contains lots of glass fiber, materials filled in silicone, hard carbon fiber, epoxy resin composite and others are difficult to be cut by ordinary saw blades because of the strong hardness mass point. If such cutting task can not be finished with cemented carbide cutting tool, why not choose diamond saw blade? In addition, because of the high hardness and good performance of abrasive resistance, its cutting efficiency would be more high.
Thirdly, cutting requirement should be more precise
Nowadays with the fast development of modern integrated technology, the machine work becomes more and more precise, which must be its development tendency in the future, as a result, there are high requirements on the cutting tools performance. Diamond as raw material has small friction coefficient, low thermal expansion coefficient and high thermal conductivity, therefore super thin cutting task can be finished by diamond saw blade, meanwhile, cutting crumbs is easy to be excreted, by this way, the working life of saw blade would be more longer because there is no high temperature when cutting, and cutting edge is not easy to become blunt, the final cutting effect would be more better.
