Nowadays I am sure too many people would have such misunderstanding on cutting wood circular saw blade that the saw blade with bigger size tool bit would be better than that with small size tool bit. In fact, it is not the case.

Here is the viewpoint from industry experts, when checking the quality of circular saw blade, it is important to check two aspects, firstly, the circular saw blade should be made from top quality material, and secondly the alloy tool bit should be the top grade ones with high quality. Imagine that if the alloy tool bit is made from low quality material, no matter its size, large or small, it is eventually the low quality one and both the sharp degree and accuracy can not be improved if it is larger size. In other words, tool bit’s size is not related to its quality.
