If you want to have longer working life of TCT circular saw blade, you have to pay more attention on the saw blade maintenance.

Firstly, after using saw blade, you should clean it with right ways. For example, when cleaning it, please not to use corrosive solvent. As for long time idle saw blade, its cutting edge should be cleaned and grinded in time and them polish with appropriative oil to take rust prevention processing. After buying saw blade, please not to throw its original products package away because it is good place to saw blade maintenance.

Secondly, if there are some sundries such as resin, fragments and others at the saw teeth parts or saw board side, you should clean them in time, otherwise with such accumulated adhesive rubbish, when cutting and sawing, there would be higher resistance, which finally lead to higher energy consumption and reduce cutting quality. Meanwhile, if the cutting edge is too blunt, saw teeth are easy to be damaged.

Thirdly, grind saw blade bit with accurate and stable blade grinding machine and follow the right operation procedure. By this way, the working life of saw blade would be extended.
