As we all know that water is the source of our life, and we often need to drink water every day, and we will be easily ill if rarely drinking water. Today let me tell you the advantages of drinking water as much as i can.
Firstly, help digestion. The food we eat into our mouth will enter from our esophagus to stomach intestine so as to finish the procedure of digesting and being absorbed after being chewed by our teeth and being moistened by our saliva, all of which need water to take part in so as to speed up the dissolution of nutritional ingredients in our body.
Secondly, excrete waste. After digesting and absorbing nutritional ingredients from food, the residual waste will be excreted to the outside of our body through three different methods of sweating, breathing and excretion, and all of them need the help of water to realize.
Thirdly, lubricate joints. Our body must have lubricating fluid between our joints in order to avoid the damaged friction between our bones, and water is the main source of joints lubricant.
Fourthly, balance human body temperature. When the temperature of the environment is lower than our body temperature, the water will be decreased the evaporation and be retained in our body because of reduced pores in order to keep body temperature and guarantee normal physiological activity; When the temperature of the environment is higher than our body temperature, the water will be excreted to the outside of our body through outspread capillary breathing holes to decrease our body temperature.
Fifthly, maintain cells. Water can promote the metabolism of cells and maintain normal shape of cells so as to keep the moistening and elasticity of our skin.
Finally, balance blood. Water can improve the circulation of blood and interstitial fluid and is helpful to balance the stickiness and PH value of blood.
