First of all, well prepare 6 pieces of egg tart crusts, light cream 55g, milk 40g, berry sugar 20g, low protein flour 4g, an egg yolk, appropriate pawpaw.

Secondly, orderly place egg tart crusts above ovenwares and pour light cream, berry sugar, milk, condensed milk into a bowl as well as evenly stir them. Next heat this bowl with well mixed liquid and separated from water and continuously stir it till berry sugar is fully dissolved. After cooling down it, add egg yolk and low protein flour to this bowl and make it into egg tart liquid as well as evenly stir it, later, place it aside for preparation.

Thirdly, remove the peel of pawpaw and cut it into diced as well as sieve egg tart liquid, next put 2 to 3 diced pawpaw at the bottom of each egg tart crust and use small spoon to pour egg tart liquid into each egg tart crust till seven points full. Heat oven with the temperature of 210 degrees and put these well made egg tarts above overware as well as put it at the medium part of oven, then bake them for around 25 minutes till burned dots appear above them and put 2 pieces of fresh diced pawpaw above them as embellishment, thus the whole processes are finished making.
