First of all, freeze yogurt into small chunks in a bowl in the refrigerator in advance before manufacturing soap so that it is easy to use frozen yogurt chunks to dissolve alkali. After well prepare sodium hydroxide, gradually add sodium hydroxide to frozen yogurt chunks and stir them together till sodium hydroxide and ice yogurt chunks are evenly mixed together. After finishing this step, put aside this mixture.

Secondly, next mix grease and averagely stir it as well as control alkali liquor and grease with the temperature of around 35°. Besides, temperature difference between them should not exceed 10°and then well manufactured alkali liquor can be poured into grease as well as later start to stir this mixture till soap liquid becomes sticky.

Thirdly, pour appropriate soap liquid into the mould and cover it with plastic wrap on the surface as well as put this mould in a place with constant temperature. After approximately 2 or 3 days, yogurt handmade soap can be removed out of this mould and can be cut into appropriate chunks as well as these soap chunks should be placed in a shady and cool, arid and ventilated place for around 1 month. When the PH value of them is tested and beneath 9, this means these yogurt handmade soap chunks can be used at this time.
