Phenomenon two: when cutting and sawing, the saw blade will shake and meanwhile it is not easy to cutting feed.

Reasons: machine head’s axle center is deviated under stress condition.

Solution: you should change the cutting machine’s head axle.

Phenomenon three: machine body is easy to be out of shape and even saw teeth are broken.

Reasons: cooling liquid is not flowed freely or both in cutting feed and cutting retract, the physical strength is too large.

Solution: when cutting and sawing, the cooling liquid should be added more and the operating should be stable.
