If you are likely to choose top quality TCT circular saw blade for cutting, do you know which factor you have to pay attention? According to my standpoint, you have to consider some basic data such as the revolving speed of saw machine principal axis, the cutting materials’ thickness and its types, the external diameter size of saw blade and its bore diameter.
In addition, you have to consider the cutting speed, which should be controlled at reasonable limits, about 60 meters per seconds and 90 meters per seconds. Meanwhile, you should know such cutting speed would be calculated based on the number of revolutions of principal axis and saw blade external diameter, here is the computational formula,
Cutting speed = π×External Diameter×Number of Revolutions /60
As you know, when cutting different materials, cutting speed should be different, and it should be controlled at reasonable speed. If the cutting speed is too fast, there would be drastic vibration and louder noise, saw blade stability would be reduced and its cutting quality would also be reduced correspondingly. On the other hands, if cutting speed is too slow, production efficiency would be reduced.
