Not to eat spicy food

Not to eat raw food, cold food
During ordinary times or menstruation, women who like to eat raw food or cold food are likely to suffer from dysmenorrhea because this kind of food is harmful to spleen. Therefore not to eat raw food and cold food before and after menstruation or during menstrual period is better. Raw food and cold food include cold drink, frappe, crab, snail, clam, leech child, pears, persimmons, watermelon, cucumber, water chestnuts, grapefruit, orange and so on.

Not to eat acerb food
As you known, acerb food can make blood vessel shrink, which is not conducive to the flow and discharge of menstrual blood.
